Final method for selection of the optimal solution for deep energy renovation of a building

The great potential for reduction of CO2 emissions lies in the deep energy renovation buildings that exploits full improving efficiency to maximize savings and minimize costs. However, addition technical parameters, it is necessary analyze willingness client pay renovation. This paper presents a methodology applicable all types relatively short time provides an optimal solution meets both parameters - economic, while satisfying legal requirements. method was tested by simultaneous use DesignBuilder software package (which uses EnergyPlus as its dynamic simulation engine), Python SQL programming language on office building city Zagreb, where total 720 combinations were analyzed. In analyzed case, proved application this results obtaining output values 20.51 times faster than classical input tools. addition, probability human error much lower applying given large amount data.
